Nas Dissed By Outlawz Rapper Young Noble Over 2Pac “Lies”
Outlawz rapper Young Noble has taken aim at Nas, claiming that he is spreading “lies” about 2Pac. In a recent interview, Young Noble stated that he has been a long-time fan of 2Pac, but feels that Nas has damaged his legacy with false information.
Specifically, Young Noble took issue with Nas’s comments on David Ritz’s 2002 biography of 2Pac, “Foxy and 2Pac: Their Life Stories.” According to Ritz’s book, 2Pac had a tumultuous relationship with his mother, Afeni Shakur, and was known to be a gang member. Young Noble claims that these claims are “lies” and that they have damaged 2Pac’s reputation.
In response to Nas’s comments, Young Noble said, “I know Nas is one of the most prolific rappers, but when it comes to 2Pac, he’s got it twisted. He’s spreading lies about my man, talking about his mama and gang bangin’ and all that. I think it’s time for him to take a step back, apologize, and give the man hisjust due.”
