Minnesota Vikings Win Thrilling Game Against Chicago Bears in Overtime

The Minnesota Vikings won a nail-biting game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field on Sunday, coming out on top 30-27 in overtime. The Vikings led by two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, but the Bears mounted a furious comeback, scoring 17 unanswered points to send the game into overtime.

Caleb Williams led the Bears’ charge, throwing a one-yard touchdown pass to Keenan Allen with 22 seconds left and then finding DJ Moore for a successful two-point conversion to tie the game. The Bears then recovered an onside kick, and Moore caught a long pass to get them into field goal range, setting up the tying score.

In overtime, the Bears went three-and-out on their first possession, and the Vikings took advantage. Justin Jefferson caught a crucial pass to put the Vikings at midfield, and Sam Darnold found T.J. Hockenson for a 29-yard gain to set up the winning field goal.

The Vikings’ Sam Darnold had a strong game, throwing for 330 yards and two touchdowns, while Jordan Addison and Aaron Jones also contributed with big performances. Despite the loss, Caleb Williams threw for 340 yards, and Moore had a big day with seven catches for 106 yards and a touchdown.

The Vikings improved to 9-2 on the season, winning their fourth game in a row, while the Bears have now lost five straight and sit at 4-7.
