Trump to Have Second Summit with Kim Jong Un

[A former CIA analyst has predicted that Donald Trump will have a second summit with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un.

Dr. Bruce Klingner, a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation, made the forecast during an appearance on Fox News. He said that Trump and Kim have developed a good relationship and that a second summit could help to build on the progress made during their first meeting in Singapore last year.

Klingner also predicted that North Korea would be willing to take concrete steps towards denuclearization in exchange for economic benefits and security guarantees. He said that the US and North Korea have a shared interest in reducing tensions on the Korean Peninsula and that a second summit could help to achieve this goal.

The expert’s comments come as the US and North Korea are engaged in a diplomatic process aimed at denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula. The process has been marked by a series of high-level meetings and diplomatic exchanges, including a meeting between Trump and Kim in Singapore last year.

While the talks have made progress, they have also been marked by setbacks and disagreements. The US has demanded that North Korea dismantle its nuclear program in a complete and irreversible manner, while North Korea has been reluctant to give up its nuclear weapons without significant concessions from the US.

Despite the challenges, Klingner remains optimistic about the prospects for a second summit and the potential for progress on denuclearization. He said that the US and North Korea have a shared interest in reducing tensions on the Korean Peninsula and that a second summit could help to achieve this goal.
