Trump Declares Case Against Him “Entirely Dead” After Judge’s Disqualification of ‘Corrupt’ Fani Willis

EXCLUSIVE: Trump Reacts to Disqualification of Fulton County DA, Calls Case “Entirely Dead”

President-elect Trump reacted to the Georgia Court of Appeals’ decision to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her team from prosecuting him and co-defendants in her election interference case. In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, Trump stated that the case is “entirely dead” and that the “wonderful patriots who have been caught up in this for years” should “receive an apology.”

Trump described the case as “a disgrace to justice” started by the Biden DOJ as an attack on him. He claimed that Willis has been “disqualified, and her boyfriend has been disqualified, and they stole funds and went on trips.” Trump believes the case “should not be allowed to go any further.”

The Georgia Court of Appeals did not dismiss the indictment, but rather declared that Willis and her team have “no authority to proceed.” Trump argued that there is no way for corrupt people to lead a case, and the case has to be thrown out because it was started corruptly by an incompetent prosecutor who received millions of dollars through her boyfriend.

Trump also alleged that Willis’ partner, Nathan Wade, received funds from his law firm for working on the case and used them to fund their vacations. The case is “entirely dead,” Trump stated, and “everybody should receive an apology, including those wonderful patriots who have been caught up in this for years.”

A spokesperson for Trump, Steven Cheung, stated that the decision is a vindication of Trump’s claims of political persecution, and that the American people have demanded an end to the “witch hunts” against him.
