President-elect Trump Announces Four New White House Staff Picks

President-elect Trump announced four new staff picks on Saturday night, naming Stanley E. Woodward, Jr., Robert Gabriel, Jr., Nicholas F. Luna, and William “Beau” Harrison to serve in administrative and advisory capacities in the White House.

Stanley E. Woodward, Jr. will serve as an assistant to the president and a senior counselor. Woodward co-founded a law firm and has represented high-profile clients in complex litigation, including federal jury trials.

Robert Gabriel, Jr. will work as an assistant to the president for policy. Gabriel has served President Trump in various roles since his 2015 campaign and previously worked in the West Wing as Special Assistant to the President.

Nicholas F. Luna will serve as assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for strategic implementation. Luna has served in various roles in the White House, including Presidential Trip Director, Personal Aide to the President, and Director of Oval Office Operations.

William “Beau” Harrison will serve as an assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for operations. Harrison has served as a liaison between the operational elements of the Executive Office of the President and has coordinated and executed presidential travel, including complex international visits.

The new staff picks will join the Trump administration in less than three weeks, as Trump takes office on January 20.
