Tom Brady’s Florida mansion attracts bids over $150 million.

Tom Brady Weighs Sale of $150 Million Mansion on Florida’s Indian Creek Island

Tom Brady is considering the sale of his 26 Indian Creek Island Road property, a newly finished waterfront house with a separate gym and cabana, on the exclusive Indian Creek island. The property is being shown to a small group of potential buyers, with bids already valuing it at over $150 million. The seven-time Super Bowl champion built the house on a 2-acre lot, which he purchased for $17 million in 2020.

The property is part of the “Billionaire Bunker,” a nickname for Indian Creek island, which has seen a surge in property values since Jeff Bezos’ arrival. The Amazon founder has bought three properties on the island since 2023, shelling out over $230 million. The record for the most-expensive single-family home ever sold in the Miami area, $107 million, was set by Ken Griffin in 2022.

Brady, 47, retired as a quarterback and moved to South Florida, where he recently rented space for his family office at a building in Bay Harbor. His ex-wife, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, owns a home across the water from his, on 1400 Biscaya Drive in Surfside. A sale of Brady’s property would be a significant move, reflecting the turbocharged status of Indian Creek as one of the wealthiest communities in the US.
