A 17-year-old Florida TikToker who was involved in a fatal crash that killed six people has reached a plea deal and been sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison. Noah Galle, who is now 20, was behind the wheel of his BMW sports car when he crashed into a small SUV at a speed of over 150 mph on State Road 7 near Delray Beach.

Galle was speeding at the time of the crash, and the SUV was unable to swerve out of the way, causing it to swerve into the median and roll over several times. The crash killed six farmworkers, including the SUV’s driver, who were leaving their shift at a nearby farm.

Galle had faced up to 55 years in prison if he went to trial, but the plea deal means he will serve 12 and a half years in prison, with seven years’ probation to follow. As part of his sentence, Galle must post a video to social media sharing his story and advocating for the importance of safe driving, complete 800 hours of community service, and attend a panel where crash victims share their stories about how their injuries affected their lives.

Prosecutors say the deal was fair and was supported by the victims’ family members, some of whom did not want Galle to be incarcerated at all. The state attorney’s office also noted that Galle was only 17 years old at the time of the crash and had no prior involvement with the law, and that he has shown remorse for his actions.
