Texans secure consecutive AFC South title with Dolphins win and Colts’ loss to Broncos

The Houston Texans have secured the AFC South title for the second consecutive season following their 20-12 victory over the Miami Dolphins, combined with the Denver Broncos’ win over the Indianapolis Colts. This marks the third time in franchise history that the Texans have won back-to-back division titles, and the eighth time overall. Under the leadership of head coach DeMeco Ryans and quarterback C.J. Stroud, who joined the franchise in 2023, the organization has achieved a second consecutive postseason appearance, with Ryans orchestrating the team’s success in his first head-coaching gig in the NFL.
