Prosecutors Release Footage of Alleged Victims Detailing Claims of Sexual Assault by Alexander Brothers
Prosecutors in Miami-Dade released footage this week of alleged victims detailing their claims of sexual assault by the Alexander brothers, who are accused of drugging and then sexually assaulting and raping dozens of women across multiple states.
The footage shows two women who claim to have been victims of the brothers’ alleged crimes. One woman said she was attacked by Oren and Alon Alexander at a Miami Beach condo in 2016. She claimed that Oren and Alon took turns raping her while a third man, Ohad Fisherman, held her down.
The other woman said she was invited to Oren’s home in October 2021 for a flirtatious encounter that turned violent. She claimed that Oren ripped her dress and pushed her onto his bed, where he sexually assaulted her.
The brothers, Oren and Alon Alexander, along with their brother Tal, are facing multiple charges, including sex trafficking and rape. They deny the allegations against them and have claimed that the accusers’ stories will collapse under their own weight and evidence that will prove they are not believable.
According to prosecutors, over 40 women have reported being forcibly raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the Alexander brothers. In many of these alleged instances, one or more of the brothers drugged their victim prior to the rape.
The Alexander brothers have been accused by at least 10 women of forcible rape between 2002 or 2003 and 2021. They have also been accused of using their position as real estate brokers to lure women into relationships and then assault them.
Authorities executed a search warrant on Dec. 11 to search Tal Alexander’s apartment, where multiple hard drives were discovered and seized, including one with a large quantity of sexually explicit videos and pictures.
A judge has denied bail for the Alexander brothers, finding that they pose a flight risk and a risk to the community. Alon Alexander has appealed the decision.
