Struggling to Cope with Repeated Losses

Maxx Crosby Struggles with Losing Seasons as Raiders Stumble On

Despite being a perennial Pro Bowl pass rusher, defensive lineman Maxx Crosby has seen his fair share of losing seasons with the Oakland Raiders. The team now holds a dismal 2-10 record, worst in the NFL, just five years after their promising 10-7 finish in 2021.

Crosby, known for his competitiveness and dedication to the sport, revealed in a recent interview on SiriusXM NFL Radio’s Let’s Go! Podcast that he gets frustrated and sometimes loses his mind to the losing streaks.

The 26-year-old pass rusher has hardly ever missed a snap on the field, even considering his team’s underachieving record. Despite making it to every defensive play for the past six weeks, Crosby said that show-up-to-work attitude stem from his desire to act as a leader and maintain an aura of positivity in light of the losing season.
