Socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, known for her extreme plastic surgery, has died at 84.

Jocelyn Wildenstein, a billionaire socialite known for her extreme cosmetic surgeries, has died at the age of 84. Her partner, Lloyd Klein, announced the news, stating that she died of a pulmonary embolism in Paris on Tuesday.

Wildenstein was famous for her numerous facelifts and other cosmetic procedures, which gave her a feline-like appearance and earned her the nickname “Catwoman”. She had reportedly spent millions on her surgeries, which included facelifts, cheek implants, and “cat-eyes”.

Despite her extensive plastic surgery, Wildenstein had denied having surgery addiction or altering her appearance through surgery. However, she had vowed to continue undergoing procedures to maintain her youth and beauty.

Wildenstein was also known for her tumultuous marriage to French billionaire Alec Wildenstein, with whom she had a messy divorce in 2000. The divorce settlement, which included a reported £2billion payment and £80million a year in maintenance, made her one of the wealthiest women in the US.

Wildenstein met her current partner, Klein, at New York Fashion Week in 2003, and the couple got engaged in 2017. Klein announced Wildenstein’s death, saying she had been a “bright light” in his life.
