Snoop Dogg Takes Heat from Outlawz Rapper Over 2Pac and Nas Collaboration

Snoop Dogg Called Out By Outlawz Rapper Over 2Pac & Nas Story

In a recent interview, Outlawz rapper Edward “E-Love” Nicholas took aim at Snoop Dogg, calling him out over his claims about his involvement in a story surrounding 2Pac and Nas.

According to Snoop, he had a meeting with 2Pac and Nas to prevent the East Coast-West Coast war, but it ultimately didn’t work out. However, more recent evidence suggests that Snoop’s story may not be entirely accurate.

In an interview with Smoke On The Corner, Outlawz’s E-Love claimed that he and his group had met with Snoop in 1995 to discuss the possibility of 2Pac and Nas collaborating, but Snoop ultimately backed out. E-Love stated that Snoop was more interested in furthering his own career than in promoting unity and peace in the hip-hop community.

E-Love’s account contradicts Snoop’s version of events and has caused many to question the legitimacy of the story. It’s unclear why Snoop would make such a claim if it wasn’t true, but E-Love believes it’s possible that Snoop is trying to shift attention away from his own role in perpetuating the East Coast-West Coast feud.

The rivalry between the two coasts dominated hip-hop in the 1990s, but with the passing of time, many are reflecting on the true cost of the conflict. The story of 2Pac and Nas is one that highlights the destructive nature of the rivalry, and it’s possible that Snoop’s version is just a part of a larger narrative aimed at rewriting history.
