A Lawsuit Alleges Unwanted Advances by Former Fox Sports Host Skip Bayless
A hairstylist for Fox Sports, Noushin Faraji, has filed a lawsuit against former host Skip Bayless, alleging that he made repeated, unwanted advances towards her, including an offer of $1.5 million to have sex with him. The advances allegedly occurred between 2017 and 2022.
According to the lawsuit, Bayless would often hug Faraji, kiss her on the cheek, and make comments that he could change her life if she had sex with him. In 2021, he allegedly offered her $1.5 million for sex, and later threatened her job when she refused.
The lawsuit claims that Fox Sports executives fostered a hostile work environment that allowed senior managers and on-air personalities, including Bayless, to abuse workers without fear of punishment. Faraji alleges that she was fired in 2024 on “fabricated” reasons and that she had initially remained quiet about her treatment, fearing retaliation.
The suit also alleges that Fox employees were not paid their full wages or overtime, and seeks class-action status on behalf of other workers who allegedly were impacted. Bayless has yet to comment on the allegations, and Fox Sports has declined to comment further due to the pending lawsuit.
