FASHION DESIGNER FILES $10 MILLION LAWSUIT AGAINST SEAN “DIDDY” COMBS ALLEGING SEXUAL BATTERY AND MORE
Fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan has filed a 17-page lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment. The lawsuit claims that Combs attacked her at Cassie Ventura’s luxury LA apartment in 2016, dangled her off a 17-story-high balcony, and then slammed her into the patio furniture.
According to the lawsuit, Bongolan was left fearing for her life and has suffered lasting emotional distress as a result of the alleged assault. She is seeking $10 million in damages and alleges that Combs’ threats, intimidation, and violence caused her to fear for her safety.
The lawsuit details several instances of abuse and threats made by Combs against Bongolan, including an incident where he allegedly dangled her off the balcony while screaming at her. The lawsuit states that Combs’ conduct “violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety.”
Combs is currently incarcerated in New York awaiting trial on other criminal charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If found guilty, he could face life in prison.
This latest lawsuit brings the total number of civil lawsuits against Combs to dozens, with allegations including blackmail, beating, rape, drugging, and threatening behavior.
