Seahawks’ Zach Charbonnet shines in career-high outing against Cardinals.

Charles Bonnet Shines as Seahawks Defeat Cardinals 24-13, Win Fourth Straight

The Seahawks turned two early Kyler Murray interceptions into touchdowns, building a double-digit lead that they would maintain for most of the game. Charles Bonnet did the rest, accumulating 59 receiving yards on seven catches and providing an outlet for Geno Smith as he racked up 114 rushing yards on 18 carries.

With his strong performance, Bonnet became the third player in Seahawks history to achieve 100-plus rush yards, two-plus rush touchdowns, and 50-plus receiving yards in a single game, joining Shaun Alexander and Ricky Watters in the exclusive club.

Bonnet credited the Seahawks’ offensive line for making his job easier, saying, “They just made it easy for me. All I had to do was make a dude miss and it was able to work like that. I give all the credit to those guys up front.”

The second-year back is the first Seahawks player to record 100-plus rush yards in a game since Week 1, and his bulldozing style generated 41 rushing yards over expected on Sunday, the most by any Seattle runner in a game over the past two seasons. Coach Macdonald praised Bonnet’s ability to tackle, saying, “It’s tough to tackle that guy in the open field. He’s got speed and power.”

The Seahawks’ win marked their fourth consecutive victory, their first four-game win streak since Weeks 6-9, 2022. With their 8-5 record, they remain atop the NFC West standings with four games remaining.
