Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has revealed the Democratic Party’s strategy for fighting against the potential impact of Donald Trump’s MAGA agenda. After losing control of the White House and Congress, Democrats have been stacking the federal judiciary with liberal-minded judges in preparation for a potential Trump administration. Over the past four years, President Joe Biden, Schumer, and the Senate Judiciary Committee have confirmed a record 235 judicial nominations, including 150 women judges.
