Russell Crowe Praises Ryan Gosling’s 2024 Action Movie “The Fall Guy”
Russell Crowe, known for his iconic roles in “Gladiator” and “A Beautiful Mind,” has given a glowing review for Ryan Gosling’s 2024 action movie “The Fall Guy.” The film, which stars Gosling as stuntman Colt Seavers and Emily Blunt as his ex-girlfriend and budding director Jody Moreno, is an adaptation of the 1980s TV series of the same name.
Crowe, who has worked with Gosling in the 2016 action comedy “The Nice Guys,” praised the film as “a lot of fun” and “worth the watch.” He also commended Gosling and Blunt’s performances, as well as the dynamic between the two actors, and the movie’s ability to balance drama, comedy, and romance.
“The Fall Guy” has received an 81% critical score and 85% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, despite grossing only $181 million at the box office. Crowe’s review is a reminder that the quality of the movie should not be overshadowed by its commercial performance.
