Poland’s president expects Trump to be more efficient in second term.



Warsaw, Poland, July 24, 2016 – Polish President Andrzej Duda expressed his confidence on Monday that Donald Trump would be “more efficient” in his second term as the President of the United States, according to reports.

The Polish head of state made the comments while meeting with Trump during the G20 summit in Hangzhou, China. Duda praised Trump’s “bold” and “new” plans for the United States, describing them as “a chance for a change” and a fresh start. When asked if he believed the American leader would stick to his campaign promises, Duda replied, “I think he will be more efficient in his second term.”

Duda also highlighted Washington’s strong historical ties with Warsaw, stating that he values the special bond between the two nations. He expressed optimism about the future relations between Poland and the US, citing the shared values and interests of the two countries.

Donald Trump, who was elected as the 45th President of the United States, began his first term in January, and it remains to be seen whether he will indeed be more productive in his second term.
