Piers Morgan’s Show Descends into Chaos as Guest Refuses to Answer Questions
Piers Morgan’s show, “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” devolved into chaos on Thursday after a guest, British journalist and filmmaker Myriam François, refused to answer his questions and dismissed him as a “complete and utter halfwit.”
The panel discussion centered on the Israel and Hamas hostage deal, and Morgan asked François if she believed Hamas should continue to rule Gaza after the cease-fire is implemented. However, François refused to give a straight answer, instead launching into a wild rant about the “White man mantra” and accusing Morgan of portraying himself as a victim.
Morgan immediately objected to her “skin color jibe” and cut her off to ask what “color” she was, prompting her to say that she was “sadly in your camp.” The discussion continued to deteriorate, with François accusing Morgan of being condescending and refusing to answer his questions.
At one point, François called Morgan “sweetheart” and “daddy,” which only added to the tension. Morgan chastised her for her condescending language, saying that he is neither her “sweetheart” nor “daddy.”
As the discussion continued, François refused to answer Morgan’s questions, repeatedly talking over him and dismissing his attempts to restore order to the discussion. Finally, Morgan had had enough and told her she’d never be welcome back on his show again.
“Why don’t you try to be an adult? How about you answer this question or shut up? I’m done with you,” Morgan fumed before cutting off François’s mic.
