A recently resurfaced US Army Intelligence report has concluded that reincarnation is real, suggesting that consciousness never dies. The 29-page report, titled “Analysis and Assessment of The Gateway Process,” was drafted in 1983 by US Army Lieutenant Colonel Wayne M McDonnell and declassified by the CIA in 2003.
According to the report, consciousness is energy that exists outside of our understanding of reality, and energy never dies. The report also suggests that memories are passed on from life to life via reincarnation, stating that “when consciousness returns to the Absolute, it brings with it all the memories it has accumulated through experience in reality.”
The report was part of a study on the “Gateway Experience,” a training system designed to bring practitioners to an altered state of consciousness. The study was conducted by the Monroe Institute, a secretive organization that worked with the US Army to develop techniques for psychic spying.
The findings of the report have been highlighted by social media user Sara Holcomb, who summarized the study’s conclusion as: “We’re pretty sure reincarnation is real.” She also referenced a database of over 2,500 cases of people claiming to remember memories of a previous life they claim to have lived.
The report has also shed light on the military’s interest in psychic spying, with Joe McMoneagle, a former remote viewer, revealing that he was used to spy on Russian military bases and gather intelligence.
The report’s findings have sparked a renewed interest in the military’s involvement in the study of psychic phenomena, with some calling for the CIA to release a missing page from the report, which is said to describe powerful techniques for achieving out-of-body experiences.
