Olivia Culpo Speaks Out on Devastating California Wildfires
Model Olivia Culpo, the wife of San Francisco 49ers star running back Christian McCaffrey, has expressed her gratitude to first responders and her sympathy for those affected by the tragic wildfires raging in the Los Angeles area. On Wednesday morning, Culpo posted a message on Instagram, thanking the heroes working tirelessly to protect communities and wildlife.
The devastating fires, which broke out on Tuesday evening, have forced thousands to evacuate their homes. According to reports, the state has deployed over 1,400 firefighting personnel, with the Los Angeles Fire Department calling on all off-duty firefighters to help. There are currently four fires burning, with the Palisades fire being the largest, having already burned 4.5 square miles.
Culpo and McCaffrey began dating in 2019 and were engaged in April 2023. The couple officially tied the knot in Culpo’s home state of Rhode Island over the summer. They recently purchased a $14.5 million mansion in Los Angeles, which was previously owned by actor George Clooney.
The couple is currently staying in a home in San Francisco during the football season. Culpo’s message of support and gratitude comes as thousands of people are forced to evacuate their homes due to the devastating wildfires.
