NBA Postpones Bucks-Pelicans Game Amid New Orleans Snowstorm.

NBA Postpones New Orleans Pelicans and Milwaukee Bucks Game Due to Historic Snowstorm

The NBA has postponed the scheduled game between the New Orleans Pelicans and Milwaukee Bucks due to a historic snowstorm that has impacted the area. The storm, which dropped about a foot of snow, made travel difficult and left the city unprepared to deal with the elements.

The Bucks flew into town a day earlier than usual to beat the snowstorm, but temperatures remained in the 30s on Wednesday, making travel conditions hazardous. Many main highways in the metro area were closed, and surface roads were still coated in ice. Schools and businesses throughout the area remained closed, and Louis Armstrong International Airport canceled all commercial departures.

As a result, the NBA postponed the game, with no date currently set for the game to be made up. The Bucks’ next game is against the Miami Heat on Thursday, while the Pelicans are scheduled to play on both Friday and Saturday, making it difficult to schedule the postponed game soon.

The Pelicans have struggled this season, with a record of 12-32, while the Bucks have enjoyed more success, with a record of 24-17. The game was originally scheduled to take place on Wednesday, but the NBA has not announced a new date for the matchup.
