Mysterious drones flood New Jersey skies nightly, sparking terror among locals.

An Open Letter from New Jersey Mayors Expresses Concern Over Mysterious Nighttime Drone Flights

An open letter signed by 20 New Jersey mayors has expressed “deep concern” regarding the ongoing nighttime drone flights that have been observed across the state’s communities. The mayors, who represent more than 500,000 residents, state that the secretive nature of the flights has raised significant alarm among both residents and local officials.

The mayors claim that the lack of information and clarity regarding the purpose, operators, and safety protocols of the flights has caused fear and frustration among their constituents. In their letter, they express their deep concern about the impact that the drone flights are having on the community. While the benefits of drone technology are widely recognized, the mayors believe that these benefits are not being realized if the technology is not used responsibly and transparently.

Local officials and authorities have been unable to provide satisfactory answers to inquiries about the drone flights, with the FBI stating that it has “no answers” to offer, but is working to investigate the issue. The Federal Aviation Administration has imposed flight restrictions in the area until the situation is resolved.

Aviation experts, such as JP Tristani, have warned of the potential danger that the increasing number of small, unlicensed drones pose to commercial airliners. Tristani explains that if one of these drones were to lose control and enter an airplane’s flight path, it could cause catastrophic damage to the aircraft.

As the situation continues to unfold, local residents and officials alike are calling for more transparency and answers from the authorities. Representative Nicole Malliotakis for the 11th congressional district has stated that the public “deserves and demands answers” about the mysterious drone flights.
