Morin’s alleged killer seeks change of venue in suspected illegal immigrant murder case.

EL SALVADORAN MIGRANT ACCUSED IN MARYLAND MURDER TO REQUEST CHANGE OF VENUE FOR FEAR OF PREDJUDICE

An El Salvadoran migrant, charged with first-degree murder and rape in the August 2023 killing of 37-year-old Maryland mother-of-five Rachel Morin, plans to ask that his case be moved to another location.

According to reports, Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, arrived at the court accompanied by his attorney, where lawyers argued that prior to Martinez’s arrest, “numerous inflammatory and prejudicial reports” prompted a widespread prejudicial backlash on social media platforms.

During Monday’s court filing, attorneys defended Martinez against harsh public condemnation from the masses outside the media who have failed. The Defense acknowledged that in any trial and prosecution, both publicly and outside have been hostile while the man may not receive what he feels unfair.

Court claims that when arrived in US had an International Prisoner search certificate (Red Circular) released arrest warrant after illegal entry; California authorities detained El Salvador 29-year-old while he made attacks on houses when he claimed at the start it was.

When he arrives there, we would like everyone understand that my people that we don are not able are not as other people say things. But still, and at the top still, these judges are really serious about them this case the real case before coming to and hearing the law by the Court trial.
