Moms back RFK, Jr. in crusade against toxic food practices.

A group of moms is urging the US government to reform the food industry, arguing that the presence of toxins and GMOs in food is a non-partisan issue. Moms Across America, a organization founded by Zen Honeycutt, is raising awareness about the potential harm these substances can cause to children’s health.

According to Kelly Ryerson, a board member of the organization, she became involved in the fight after discovering that her two children were struggling with chronic illnesses and her own autoimmune condition. Ryerson and Honeycutt are particularly concerned about the presence of glyphosate, an active ingredient in a weed killer, in food and vaccines.

The moms are also supporting Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has been nominated to head the Health and Human Services department, in his efforts to address the issue. Honeycutt described Kennedy as a champion for the safety of America’s children and noted that he has been fighting for this cause for a long time.

Ryerson explained that glyphosate has been linked to fertility issues, including the decline in sperm counts over the past 50 years. She also stated that the organization had sent five childhood vaccines to be tested and each was found to contain glyphosate.

The moms are urging lawmakers to put aside their political differences and work together to address the issue, citing the non-partisan nature of the problem. Honeycutt reminded lawmakers that “poison is not partisan” and that cancer is not choosy, and that it’s time for Democrats and Republicans to come together to protect the health of children and the country.
