Malibu’s Franklin Fire ravages nearly 4,000 acres.

The Franklin Fire in Malibu has burned over 4,000 acres, with a containment level of only 7%. A team of 1,500 firefighters are working to control the flames, with several road closures and an evacuation order/warning in place. Additionally, the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District has closed its schools until Thursday.
