LG CNS, South Korea’s IT services subsidiary, prepares for up to $817m IPO.



South Korean IT services provider LG CNS has commenced a bookbuilding process to raise up to $817 million through its initial public offering (IPO). As per a reviewed term sheet, 19.37 million shares are being offered to investors, with a pricing range of 53,700 to 61,900 Korean won. Based on this pricing, LG CNS’s valuation could fall between $3.5 billion and $4.1 billion. The offering is seen as a major deal in the country’s finance and technology industries.
