The Detroit Lions snapped their seven-game losing streak on Thanksgiving Day with a 23-20 win over the Chicago Bears. The Lions dominated the first half, but allowed two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to make it a one-score game late. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams drove his team into Lions territory with under two minutes to play, but catastrophe struck on the final possession. With one timeout left and the game clock ticking, Williams snapped the ball with just six seconds left on third-and-26 from the 41-yard line. His pass intended for Rome Odunze downfield hit the ground just as the game clock struck zero, securing the win for the Lions.
