Lawmaker blames “slave mentality” for Hispanic Trump voters.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, made some controversial statements in an interview with Vanity Fair, where she accused Hispanic voters of having a “slave mentality” for supporting President-elect Donald Trump. She claimed that this mindset is unique to the Hispanic community and not seen in other minority groups.

Crockett also made some disparaging comments about white women, saying they “failed” both Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris in previous elections. She attributed this to their perceived disloyalty to the Democratic Party and likened it to a “slave mentality.”

The congresswoman also spoke about the 2024 presidential election, saying that black men “flaked” and voted for Trump due to misogyny. She claimed that this was not the case for black women, who remained loyal to the Democratic Party.

In her interview, Crockett also criticized the Democratic Party, saying they lack clear messaging and set an “impossible standard” for themselves. She also expressed her dislike for wealthy white women, saying they were unreliable and had a history of “retreating” and “failing” Democratic candidates.
