Golf for Cops Gala Raises Over $1.5M for Families of Fallen Law Enforcement
The 14th Annual Golf for Cops Gala, held at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Scottsdale, raised an incredible $1.5 million for the families of fallen law enforcement officers. The event, which took place on October 24th, brought together law enforcement professionals, community leaders, and sponsors to support the Officers Down Memorial Page (ODMP) and the Police Unity Tour.
The mission of the ODMP is to honor and remember all law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as to support their families and loved ones. The Police Unity Tour is a non-profit organization that raises awareness and funds for the ODMP by participating in the annual Memorial Bike Ride.
The Golf for Cops Gala was a sold-out event, with over 300 golfers participating in the day’s activities. The festivities began with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m., followed by a lunch break and live auction. The highlight of the event was the recognition of the 2020 fallen officers, with families and colleagues in attendance.
The event’s success can be attributed to the support of local businesses and sponsors, including title sponsor The 410 Group.
