Joe Burrow dodges questions on $3 million Batmobile purchase: ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about’.

Batman was Always Keeping his Secret Identity: Can Bengals QB Joe Burrow Follow Suit?

Batman’s reputation for secrecy was renowned, and he was known for keeping his true identity as Bruce Wayne a closely guarded secret. Joe Burrow, the Bengals’ quarterback, is seemingly trying to follow in Batman’s footsteps by being just as secretive about his own mysterious purchase.

During the recent debut episode of HBO’s “Hard Knocks,” Burrow revealed to his teammates Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins that he bought a $3 million replica Batmobile, sparking curiosity among fans. When questioned about the purchase by a reporter, Burrow opted to maintain the mystery, stating, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” After a brief pause, he smiled and added, “That’s the answer you get.”

The expensive Batmobile replica, also known as “The Tumbler,” is valued at $2.99 million and features a range of impressive features, including a 525-horsepower engine, smokescreen delivery system, and imitation gun turrets. However, Burrow was careful to clarify that it does not come equipped with actual flames, unlike its iconic movie counterpart.

In another attempt to maintain his enigmatic persona, Burrow even joked about requiring a matching “expensive Batsuit” to complete his new toy. It is clear that he has taken a page out of Batman’s book by attempting to keep his indulgent purchase under wraps, echoing Wayne’s famous adage: “Why do we fall? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up.”
