Jets name Darren Mougey as new General Manager

Three days after hiring their new head coach, the New York Jets have found their new general manager. The team has agreed to terms with Darren Mougey to become the team’s new GM, according to NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero, and Mike Garafolo, per sources.

Mougey has spent the past 13 years with the Denver Broncos, most recently as the team’s assistant GM. His hiring comes after the Jets announced Aaron Glenn as their new head coach earlier this week.
