Jay-Z Accused of Raping 13-Year-Old Girl with Diddy at 2000 MTV VMA After-Party

A civil lawsuit has accused Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy at an after-party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. The lawsuit claims that Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, held the girl down and raped her while Diddy and an unnamed female celebrity watched on.

According to the lawsuit, the girl, identified as Jane Doe, was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall for the VMAs without a ticket. She was then picked up by a limousine driver who claimed to work for Diddy and was taken to an after-party at a white house with a U-shaped driveway.

The suit alleges that Jane Doe was given a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded, and felt like she needed to lie down.” She was then taken to a room where Jay-Z allegedly undressed her, held her down, and assaulted her while Diddy and the unnamed female celebrity watched.

Jay-Z has denied the allegations, calling them “blackmail” and claiming that the lawsuit is an attempt to extort money from him. In a statement, he said, “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’… What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”

Diddy is also facing allegations in the lawsuit, which was originally filed in October but was refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z. Diddy is being held in jail in New York ahead of a trial next May for racketeering and sex trafficking.

The lawsuit is part of a larger federal lawsuit against Diddy, which claims that he engaged in racketeering and sex trafficking. Jay-Z’s statement also criticized the lawyer representing Jane Doe, calling him a “deplorable human” and accusing him of having a pattern of making false claims.

The allegations have sparked widespread outrage, with many calling for Jay-Z and Diddy to be held accountable for their actions. The lawsuit is ongoing, and a trial is expected to take place in the coming months.
