Jaguars fan begs for changes from owner Shad Khan amid 2024 season’s disappointing start.

A Jacksonville Jaguars fan flew a plane with a banner reading “Shad – Fire Baalke for Duval!” over EverBank Stadium before their game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. The message, echoing the chants of New York Giants fans, directed at team owner Shad Khan to fire general manager Trent Baalke.

Baalke has been with the Jaguars since 2021, taking over as general manager after spending six years with the San Francisco 49ers. During his tenure, the team made the playoffs in 2022, but have struggled this season with a 3-12 record due to injuries. Despite head coach Doug Pederson’s efforts, the team is likely to have a top five draft pick in 2025.

It’s unclear what changes will be made to the Jaguars’ organization next season, but reports suggest Baalke may not be part of the front office.
