Jackson Mahomes, brother of Chiefs star, says goodbye to TikTok followers.

Jackson Mahomes, brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, posted a farewell video on his TikTok account on Tuesday, seemingly anticipating a potential shutdown of the platform. Ti dní was expected to be banned on Sunday, but the Supreme Court is set to weigh the decision on Friday, potentially putting the ban on hold until the new presidency.

Jackson Mahomes, who has over 1.1 million followers on TikTok, hinted that he has more videos ready to post for his fans. “Since the app is getting banned I thought y’all would miss your favorite (creator) on the platform!” he captioned one of the videos.

This is not the first time Jackson Mahomes has faced controversy. Prior to the start of the 2024 NFL season, he was in trouble with the law, accused of grabbing a woman by the neck and forcibly kissing another woman at a restaurant in February 2023. He pleaded no contest to a single count of misdemeanor battery in March 2024 and was sentenced to six months of probation.

Despite the setbacks, Jackson Mahomes will likely be present at future Kansas City Chiefs games, including a potential third straight Super Bowl title to support his brother and sister-in-law.
