However, Carry-On has its own unique twists and turns, with Ethan working to save his girlfriend and prevent the package from getting on a plane. The film’s setting and premise make it a great watch for fans of Die Hard, and according to Egerton, it has a “very Christmassy” feel.
Die Hard, released in 1988, was a huge success, leading to a franchise with four sequels. The film has been a staple of action movies during the holidays, and Carry-On may be the next addition to this list.
