Tesla CEO and X owner Elon Musk is set to speak at a pre-inaugural rally in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s evening address at the Capitol One Arena. Musk, the world’s richest man, will be one of the opening speakers, along with other notable figures including Ultimate Fighting Championship CEO Dana White, Vice President-elect JD Vance, retired professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, conservative media personality Megyn Kelly, and top Trump aide Stephen Miller.

Members of Trump’s immediate family will also be speaking at the rally, which is expected to feature performances from Kid Rock, Billy Ray Cyrus, and The Village People, the creators of “Y.M.C.A.” – the anthem of Trump’s rallies. Puerto Rican musical artist Anuel AA will also be in attendance, but will be speaking rather than performing.

Musk and other tech executives are expected to sit on the dais at the inauguration with Cabinet picks, elected officials, and other notable guests. Musk has previously been tapped by Trump to co-chair an outside advisory committee aimed at dramatically slashing government spending, regulations, and the federal workforce.

The rally program is slated to begin at 3 p.m. E.T. on Sunday, according to a sign-up page on Trump’s inauguration website.
