Coach Nick Sirianni Leaves Brown’s Status Uncertain, but Wideout is Seen Practicing

Coach Nick Sirianni remained tight-lipped about wideout DeVonta Smith’s status earlier in the day, saying only “We’ll see” when asked if he would practice on Friday. However, Smith was later seen on the practice field with his teammates.

Smith, who has missed three games this season due to a hamstring injury and exited early in Week 9’s win over Jacksonville with a knee issue, expressed uncertainty about how the recent knee injury occurred. He noted that no one is fully healthy at this point in the football season.

“I was fine after the game, fine the next day, fine the day after that. So, just kinda comes with the game,” Smith said. “I guess over a period of time, stuff like that starts to happen, but you find a way to get through it, got to play through stuff. Nobody’s healthy right now.”

The Eagles are 11-0 in games Smith starts this season, and they will look to make it 12-0 on Sunday.
