Dubai’s luxury skyscrapers to be connected by breathtaking rooftop pool.

Two New Skyscrapers With “Sky Pool” to Rise in Dubai

Two new 591-foot-tall skyscrapers are set to rise in Dubai’s Marasi Marina, featuring a 43-foot-long infinity pool connected between the towers at the top. The $1 billion luxury development, known as Regent Residences Dubai, will offer 63 opulent residences when it completes in 2027. The tower’s “ultra-penthouse” includes a 35,000-square-foot apartment with six bedrooms, a gym, and a private elevator.

Other apartments in the complex will span over 6,500 square feet and each occupy an entire floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the marina and the nearby Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Each resident will also have access to private swimming terraces and an additional 82-foot indoor lap pool.

The architectural design of the towers was inspired by cascading water, featuring staggered pool terraces extending from the façades. Foster + Partners, the architecture firm behind the project, described the design as having a “dynamic twisting form and articulated facade,” making it a “distinctive new addition” to Dubai’s skyline.

In addition to luxurious living spaces, the complex will offer a range of amenities, including tennis and padel courts, outdoor lounges, a private cinema, and virtual golf simulator. A podium at the base of the towers will also feature open green spaces, restaurants, and retail space.

Foster + Partners has designed other notable buildings in the UAE, including an 80-story Dubai skyscraper, the House of Wisdom, a library and culture center in Sharjah, and the upcoming Zayed National Museum in Abu Dhabi. The London-based firm also designed the sky pool in Nine Elms neighborhood in London’s Nine Elms neighborhood, opened in 2021.
