Diddy Faces New Sexual Assault Lawsuits with Multiple Accusers
TMZ has obtained multiple new lawsuits filed by a New York-based attorney, with three unnamed accusers claiming that Diddy drugged and raped them. The alleged attacks took place in 2019 and allegedly occurred in hotels and at Diddy’s residence in the Hamptons, with one of the accusers claiming that the alleged rape was filmed by Diddy’s associates and that he was paid $2,500 on behalf of the rapper.
The accusers claim that they accepted drinks from Diddy before becoming disoriented and passing out, only to wake up to find themselves being sexually assaulted. All three accusers say they did not report the incidents at the time due to fear and humiliation.
The lawsuits add to the growing list of allegations against Diddy, with the alleged incidents taking place in recent years, unlike earlier claims that dated back to the early 1990s. Diddy is currently in custody in MDC Brooklyn, facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. His attempt to be released on bail was denied last month, and he is scheduled to stand trial in May.
Diddy’s lawyers deny the allegations, calling the complaints “full of lies” and stating that they will seek sanctions against the ethical lawyers who filed the claims against him.
