Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a field that combines computer science and diversely elaborate methods to work on the design and development of intelligent machines, systems, and devices, which can perform tasks that typically require human-level intelligence. It includes expert systems, natural language processing, and image recognition techniques.
There are 4 main types of artificial intelligence: Narrow, General, Super, and Artificial General Intelligence. Narrow AI, also known as weak AI, is used in various applications, for example, translation, recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, and association rule learning. General AI, on the other hand, is also known as strong AI or universal AI, which is the type of AI most people believe to be the future of AI, designed to be able to perform any intellectual task that a human can, such as deciding, learning, and generalising.
There are several applications of AI, these are machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Machine learning is a type of machine learning where machines are trained on the datasets. The machine is trained using the data and for accurate results, more data is needed. This takes place in deep learning, for instance, it predicts and learns further important recognising better.
Artificial intelligence has many applications, but some of the most recognizable are: medical diagnosis, facial recognition, language translation, trade evaluation.
