Congressional probe uncovers alleged “Incomplete” Hunter Biden report and shatters “Biden Crime Family” protection by Comer, IRS whistleblowers.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer has criticized the final report by Special Counsel David Weiss on his years-long investigation into Hunter Biden, calling it “incomplete” due to President Biden’s recent pardon of his son.

The report, which was released on Monday, details Weiss’s investigation into Hunter Biden’s taxes and purchase of a firearm in 2018 while he was addicted to controlled substances, including crack cocaine. The report found that Hunter Biden had failed to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes across a four-year period and had previously been convicted of three felony firearm offenses and one count of failure to pay taxes.

Comer argued that the pardon has prevented the Special Counsel from holding Hunter Biden accountable for his actions, saying that “the sweeping pardon prevents the Special Counsel from holding Hunter Biden accountable for the international influence peddling racket made possible by Joe Biden”.

Comer also criticized President Biden for vowing not to pardon his son, but ultimately doing so, and said that the president’s actions have left a “corrupt” legacy. He also praised two IRS whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who had blown the whistle on the DOJ’s misconduct and politicization in the Hunter Biden criminal investigation.

The report also sparked criticism from the two whistleblowers, who said that the Weiss report left too many questions unanswered and that they had been prevented from following evidence that could have led to President Biden being held accountable.

Weiss’s report also took issue with President Biden’s pardon of Hunter Biden, stating that it was “gratuitous and wrong” and that it had maligned the public servants at the Department of Justice.

The report also found that Hunter Biden’s previous addiction to controlled substances, including crack cocaine, could not explain why he had failed to pay taxes on millions of dollars of income earned through his connections and last name.

In conclusion, Comer said that the Biden administration had left a legacy of corruption and that the President’s actions had shielded his son from accountability, saying that “Joe Biden will be remembered for using his last few weeks in office to shield his son from the law and protect himself”.
