Christmas tree farmers still picking up the pieces from Helene



[North Carolina harvests more than 3 million Christmas trees every year, the second-highest number by state in the country. Just weeks before the 2024 holiday season, Hurricane Helene flooded the state’s tree farms with rain and polluted water.
