Even Hall of Fame athletes are surprised by President Donald Trump’s impressive golf game, according to Brett Favre. The former NFL quarterback has been playing golf with Trump since August 2020 and recently posted about his experience on X. Favre revealed that Trump is “REALLY GOOD” at golf and a “competitor”.
When they played together in 2020, Trump praised Favre’s golf skills, saying he loves Wisconsin, Mississippi, and Minnesota, and hits the ball “LONG”. Trump and Favre played at his National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Favre described Trump as “nice and engaging” and said he respected the office of the president regardless of who held the office.
Favre was “very impressed” with Trump’s golf game, adding that he’s a “fast golfer”. He recalled playing holes where scores weren’t recorded, but overall, Trump hits the ball “very good” and is able to keep pace with him.
Trump has played golf with several other notable athletes, including Tom Brady, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, and Johnny Damon. Despite being a president, Trump has maintained a passion for golf, and his games with high-profile athletes have received attention in the media.
