Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva may make changes to his cabinet before a meeting with ministers scheduled for January 21, according to Chief of Staff Rui Costa. In an interview with TV channel GloboNews, Costa stated that the only change decided on so far was the replacement of Lula’s spokesman, announced on Tuesday. However, Costa hinted that other swaps could occur in the following weeks.
