Early Box Office Tracking for Captain America: Brave New World
Early tracking reports for Captain America: Brave New World indicate a domestic opening weekend between $81-107 million. This would bring the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s total domestic haul to a range of $195-280 million. These numbers are in line with previous Captain America films, with the exception of Captain America: Civil War, which had a massive $179 million opening.
Compared to other MCU films, Brave New World may not match the heights of Captain America: Civil War, which had the star power of the entire Avengers cast. However, it is expected to be a median performer in terms of its domestic opening.
The film is likely to outperform its primary competition, Paddington in Peru, which is projected to earn between $16-25 million in its opening weekend. This would secure the top box office spot for Captain America: Brave New World.

The release date is set for February 14, 2025.
