Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend Shuts Down Rumors of Him Leaving North Carolina Job for NFL

Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, seemingly put an end to rumors that the former New England Patriots coach is considering leaving his position at the University of North Carolina to take a job in the NFL. Hudson posted a photo on her Instagram showing the two posing with a football and both dressed in Carolina blue, with the caption “Pictured: two people who are overtly committed to @uncfootball.”

Michael Lombardi, general manager of the North Carolina football program, also threw cold water on the rumors, stating that Belichick is focused on recruiting and developing the team. “Bill is recruiting in DC today, and Baltimore tomorrow. His focus is on North Carolina football, hiring staff members and developing the team. The NFL isn’t an option so please stop making it one,” he wrote.

Belichick was hired as the Tar Heels’ coach in December, calling the job a “dream come true.” He expressed his excitement to coach in college football, stating that it was something that “just never really worked out” earlier in his career. Despite the rumors, it appears that Belichick is truly committed to his new role at the University of North Carolina.
