Bettor’s $1M Big Bet on Bills to Win Super Bowl Highlights NFL Postseason Action

With the NFL postseason down to just three more games, it’s a good time to check in on any high-paying futures parlays or major wagers still live to any of the remaining four teams. Some of the larger payouts in Super Bowl odds are on the Washington Commanders, who were once significant long shots but now find themselves two wins from a title.

However, the biggest payout by far is well into the millions, on what is currently the largest Super Bowl wager. Last weekend, DraftKings Sportsbook took a $1 million bet on the Buffalo Bills +550 to win the Super Bowl. That’s a potentially massive $5.5 million profit, if the Bills can notch two more victories.

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy made the aforementioned $1 million wager on the Bills to win it all before their divisional round game against the Ravens. At the time of the bet, Buffalo needed three more wins for it to cash, but the Bills subsequently held off the Ravens 27-25 to reach the AFC Championship Game. That cut the Bills’ odds by more than half, from +550 to +255.

Other intriguing Super Bowl bets tied to the final four teams include a DraftKings customer who put $1,500 on the Commanders +12000 to win the Super Bowl. Now, that bettor is two Commanders wins away from a healthy $180,000 payday. Additionally, a Caesars Sports bettor put $3,000 on the Commanders +3000 to lift the Lombardi Trophy, which would net $90,000 in profit.

There are also countless futures parlays that end with the Super Bowl winner. For example, a DraftKings customer put 15 bucks on a four-leg parlay that now has massive odds of +184590, or about 1846/1. If the Bills go the distance, then the bettor knocks down a profit of $27,703.50. An even bigger payout is still live at FanDuel Sportsbook, with a five-leg futures parlay that has odds of +294740, or about 2947/1.

Other standard futures bets on Super Bowl odds include a Borgata Sportsbook customer who made two big bets on the Eagles, as well as multiple bets on the Bills, Chiefs, and Commanders. Additionally, there have been some interesting wagers on Super Bowl MVP odds, including a Caesars Sports customer who put $550 on Chiefs place-kicker Harrison Butker at odds of +100000, which would net a whopping $550,000 if Kansas City reaches and wins the Super Bowl.
