Alexandra Pelosi Blasts First Lady: ‘Lady McBiden’ Calls Out Jill Biden for ‘Classless’ Outburst
HBO documentary filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi slammed First Lady Jill Biden in an interview with Page Six, dubbing her “Lady McBiden” and labeling her outburst at a Republican event as “classless”.
Pelosi made the comments during an interview ahead of the release of her documentary “Sealed for Delivery” which explores the 2020 presidential election and its aftermath.
According to sources, Jill Biden was overheard yelling at event attendees at the annual Gridiron Club dinner earlier this month. The outburst allegedly occurred after she was accused of being one of the liberal elites who live in a “bubble”.
“I think it was a classless thing to do,” Pelosi told Page Six of the First Lady’s behavior. “I’ve never seen any first lady act like that… It’s a big job and you have to be dignified and respectful”.
Pelosi further criticized Jill Biden, saying, “I’m not sure who’s advising her, but maybe they should remind her that there are cameras around and people are watching”.
In response to her comments, Pelosi has faced a backlash from Biden supporters who feel she is overstepping by criticizing the First Lady. “Why is no one calling out the real outrage, which is the constant demonization of First Lady Jill Biden?” tweeted liberal commentator, Karen Finney.
