Airliner crashes off runway in shocking incident.

Emergency crews responded to a plane crash at a southwestern Ohio airport on Friday afternoon.

According to reports, the Airliner, a X-type X-Plane, crashed off the runway at the Dayton International Airport. The aircraft, which had taken off from the airport, encountered heavy rain and strong winds while in the air, and the pilot reportedly had difficulty maintaining control.

Worst still, the plane clipped a hangar on the ground, which caused significant damage to the structure.

Amazingly, while the plane suffered extensive damage, no one on board was injured. However, the pilot was shaken but otherwise unharmed.

Air traffic control service officials have opened an investigation to determine the cause of the accident. They are reviewing witness statements and the plane’s black box data to help determine what caused the pilot to lose control of the plane.

The National Transportation Safety Board has arrived at the airport to assist in the accident investigation. They are focused on determining how the plane went off the runway and whether the pilot made any mistakes in the process.

An investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing, so any further information that may become available, it will be publish here.
